INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY SPECIAL WALKING TOUR - FEMALE SPIES

In connection with International Women's Day on March 8, 2026, we are organizing a special version of our walking tour about female spies in Stockholm during WW2. Our very popular walking tour from 2025 will have a special touch on this day. We will address 10 very strong and relatively unknown women who showed great courage and influenced Sweden's role during World War II. 5 of these also appear on our walking tour about 12 female spies, but 5 of them are completely new and are, for the vast majority, completely unknown but still incredibly important. A unique city walking tour that can only be done in Stockholm and which is currently only planned for March 8, 2026. The walking tour takes between 2½ to 3 hours depending on questions, audience composition and interest. City walk / Spy walk - Casablanca of the North

Our walk through the spy centre of World War II, Östermalm in Stockholm. We present previously unknown facts and provide detailed explanations of Sweden's role during the war, offering a perspective that differs from the commonly recognised narrative. Join us as we visit some of the addresses that housed spies and organisations in wartime Stockholm, including the most conspiratorial in world history. This new walking tour is a standalone continuation of our popular spy walk about World War II - Casablanca of the North and is about some of the, often completely unknown and forgotten, women who formed a very important part of Swedish intelligence history during the Second World War. Either for the Swedish side who spied on both Germans and Allies or who spied for the Germans and for the Soviet Union. This walking tour tells about 12 women who were an important part of history and who influenced the outcome of the Second World War in one way or another. Some of them are famous, but several the public has probably never heard of or heard a completely different story than what was actually the truth. “AW” MISSION - THE SPY TRANSMITTER

An exciting mission-based adventure including AW with chews/food and drinks for 4 people. Transport yourself to 1940s Stockholm — a time when spies sneaked around every corner and so-called “neutrality” was constantly put to the test during World War II. In counterintelligence there were both women and men which is why this activity is completely gender neutral. Rather, our experience is that girls are better at these activities than guys but feel free to prove otherwise. Your mission: As a member of the General Security Service's counterespionage group (Centralbyrå), you must, using your acumen and inference skills, identify the spy among 12 suspects who threaten Sweden's security. You have only 60 minutes to solve the mystery and apprehend the culprit! You're not only competing against time but also against the other four teams. This world unique quest room experience is completely unlike traditional escape rooms. Here you are thrown straight into an intense and adrenaline-filled adventure, inspired by a real historical event from Stockholm during World War II. Practical information: You compete in teams of up to 7 people per team. Max 5 teams per round. Private Espionage City Tour

Private tour with a former member of the Swedish Intelligence community about WW2 Spy Capitol Stockholm and specifically Östermalm in Sweden. We will take you to different places and talk about famous spies and spy activities during WW2. The tour can last as long as you like and we will also take you to traditional Swedish places and talk about its history. This is a unique tour, like no other and our guide has extensive knowledge about Sweden's very much unknown spy history. In preparation for these tours, we ALWAYS read the original documents and have sifted through thousands of pages in the previously top-secret, national and international archives. Swedish Spy Museum Projekt is a non-profit project around creating an intelligence history museum in Sweden, a “Swedish Spy Museum”. Our subsidiary is Swedish Spy Tours which specializes in city walks and other events.

Our insider guides take you through stories of spies, agents and secret and covert activities in Sweden throughout history, where we put these in their historical context

Until our project with a physical museum can be realized, we organize lectures and, on the other hand, during the summer months, various “Spion” hikes.

Our spy tours take place in historically interesting areas of intelligence, currently only within Stockholm County, but other hikes may come later.
