An intelligence network operates in the city -- but no one knows how it is structured.
You will have access to all the material.
Your task is to understand it before the next transfer takes place.
YOUR MISSION
You work for counterintelligence.
You will have access to:
- reconnaissance reports
- interrogation protocol
- character acts
- map material
- ciphers and signals intelligence
Your task is to determine:
- who is the signalman
- who leads the network;
- how information moves
- where the next meeting takes place
THIS IS NOT A REGULAR TEAM BUILDING
This is a mission.
It is not enough to find an answer.
You have to be able to show how you came up with it.
You will:
- work under time pressure
- analyze conflicting information
- having to rely on each other's strengths
Not all information is relevant.
What matters is what you choose to trust.
**WHAT DOES THE ASSIGNMENT PROVIDE? **
This is not a traditional team building.
Assignments — The network is an advanced decision-making exercise in which participants work with complex and conflicting information under time pressure.
The exercise shows how individuals and teams actually act when it comes to:
- how decisions are made when the image is incomplete
- what assumptions govern the analysis
- how information is valued, filtered and interpreted
- how responsibility is taken — or avoided
It is an exercise in analysis, judgment, and collaboration on a level that directly mirrors real-world decision-making environments.
SO IT GOES
You are divided into smaller teams and work in parallel with exactly the same material.
All teams have the same conditions.
The difference is determined by analysis, structure and collaboration.
The mission concludes with a joint briefing where the solution is presented and linked to how intelligence work actually works.

Swedish Spy Museum Projekt is a non-profit project around creating an intelligence history museum in Sweden, a “Swedish Spy Museum”. Our subsidiary is Swedish Spy Tours which specializes in city walks and other events.
Our insider guides take you through stories of spies, agents and secret and covert activities in Sweden throughout history, where we put these in their historical context
Until our project with a physical museum can be realized, we organize lectures and, on the other hand, during the summer months, various “Spion” hikes.
Our spy tours take place in historically interesting areas of intelligence, currently only within Stockholm County, but other hikes may come later.
The walks vary in length but usually last between 2½ to 3½ hours depending on the extent of the hike and the guest's involvement. For more specific information, click the book button under our respective events
