**Lecture on the most often forgotten and unknown women who were prepared to sacrifice everything! **
In our series of lectures on the Second World War, in this lecture we go through a number of women who were an important cog in Sweden's defense, but also some who actively worked to harm Sweden.
Lecture is based on our mighty popular trek about 12 jwomanly spies but we have also included information from our trek on March 8th. The material is based on documents from both SÄPO's and FRA's archives, which until relatively recently, have been covered with secrecy.
In the talk, we tell you about the too many, unknown stories about espionage, agents and covert activities that took place in Sweden and Stockholm during the war period. We put these events in their historical context and give you the opportunity to learn more about Sweden's but also about the role of women in spy history and how Swedish intelligence was affected during the war by their reports.
During this approximately two-hour lecture (incl. 20 minutes break) you will have the chance to step into for many the unknown history that characterized the time. After the talk, a question session is offered where we delve deeper into the topic. There is an opportunity for questions and further discussion. If you are a history lover, espionage enthusiast or just curious about Sweden's secrets, you will surely appreciate this unique dive into Sweden's secret past.
For teachers in primary and secondary schools, a shorter version of the lecture can be offered that provides a unique basis for continued discussion in both history and social studies.
Both during and after the lecture, various spy items from the hiding places of history will be displayed.
**NOTE WHEN BOOKING FOR GROUP! **
If the lecture is booked for a group, the booker arranges room and access to the Video Projector with HDMI connection and power to the computer. Furthermore, the booker makes sure that water is available.
In connection with the lecture, filming can be done with a video camera for our own documentation. However, audiences will not be filmed unless specific agreement on this has been reached.

Q &A

Swedish Spy Museum Projekt is a non-profit project around creating an intelligence history museum in Sweden, a “Swedish Spy Museum”. Our subsidiary is Swedish Spy Tours which specializes in city walks and other events.
Our insider guides take you through stories of spies, agents and secret and covert activities in Sweden throughout history, where we put these in their historical context
Until our project with a physical museum can be realized, we organize lectures and, on the other hand, during the summer months, various “Spion” hikes.
Our spy tours take place in historically interesting areas of intelligence, currently only within Stockholm County, but other hikes may come later.
The walks vary in length but usually last between 2½ to 3½ hours depending on the extent of the hike and the guest's involvement. For more specific information, click the book button under our respective events
Of course, both customized hikes and lectures are offered. For more information, please contact Johan by email: [johan@swedishspymuseum.se](mailto: johan@swedishspymuseum.se) or by phone: 073-730 94 99
